Kareen Mozes Laton is a Director and Head of Capital Formation at Stable, responsible for business development. Prior to Stable, Kareen was responsible for LP coverage and institutional business development at NovaQuest Capital Management. Previously, she was a Managing Director at Cowen Investment Management, focused on private market strategies, and held senior roles at Caravel Management and Greentech. Earlier in her career, she co-founded 3-Sigma Value, LP, a boutique hedge fund, and was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs in Private Wealth Management. Kareen holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors from Vassar College and a Master of Business Administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
